1. Choose your portal language
The Polish portal uses PLN and the English portal uses EUR. Accounts on the two domains are separate: use the version where you registered.
2. Prepare the identification and read
Provide the vehicle, engine, controller and available HW/SW numbers. State the reading method and whether the software has been modified before. Keep a copy of the original read and do not alter its contents before submission.
If the selected service requires a separate DCU module read and the form offers that field, attach it as the second file in the same order. It does not replace the main ECU file.
3. Select services and check the total
Choose the required options and review the total price. The portal applies the package rules for the selected category. Available payment methods are shown during wallet top-up and may depend on the device and currency.
4. Follow progress and download the result
Order status, communication and files stay linked to the order. Where an estimated completion time is shown, treat it as an estimate. After receiving the file, carry out the checks appropriate to the vehicle and the work performed.
File service, mail-in controller or workshop visit?
Online catalogue prices cover file processing. Sending in a controller adds the handling charge shown in the price list, independent of the number of selected functions. Work on the complete vehicle is quoted individually because it includes measurements and diagnostics.
