Calibration starts with identification
We start with the vehicle details, ECU identification and software version. The vehicle model alone does not confirm which functions are available. The reading method, engine setup and any previous modifications also matter.
Depending on the vehicle category and current catalogue, the scope may include Stage 1, further tuning stages, Eco Tuning or a review of an existing modification. Availability is confirmed using the controller identification and file analysis.
What to send with your read
Provide the make, model, year, engine and ECU identification, including the manufacturer, family and available HW/SW numbers. State whether the read was obtained through OBD, Bench or Boot, and whether the file is original, modified or a virtual read.
Describe hardware changes and the result you need. If the vehicle has a fault, include the diagnostic trouble codes and diagnostic findings. Keep your own copy of the read taken before modification.

Choose your vehicle or controller, select the required services and check the total before ordering. File-service prices do not cover diagnosis of the complete vehicle; workshop work is quoted individually.
Order status, files and messages stay together in the portal. Turnaround depends on the work and opening hours. File submission is not a promise of an instant, automatically generated modification.
